How we will help you:
Once you make an initial enquiry with us, one of our experienced advisors will discuss the details of your accident with you. Should we believe that your enquiry has reasonable prospects of being successful we will put you in touch with one of our panel firm of solicitors straight away. The panel solicitors will then give you independent advice and they should always act in your best interests. We do not give you legal advice this is the role of the panel solicitors. You are of course free to choose your own Solicitor should you wish to do so.
Maddison Clarke LTD is not in any way responsible for the advice given or other work undertaken on your behalf by the panel solicitors.
When telephoning Maddison Clarke LTD all calls are recorded for training and compliance purposes.
If we feel we cannot help you, that does not mean you cannot look to bring a claim for compensation and you are free to seek alternative advice. It is important to remember that you only have 3 years to start a claim for Personal Injury from the date of the accident. If you are under the age of 18, the 3 year period commences from your 18th birthday.
Panel law firms pay Maddison Clarke for marketing, call handling and other services. This does not affect the value of your claim in anyway and there is no cost to you for the service provided by Maddison Clarke.
